Chakra Clearing

Chakra clearing is the process of clearing the seven main chakras (energy centers) within a persons body.

The client chooses an issue or theme that they would like cleared from all their energy centers and Kristara works with a pendulum to find & clear the energy blockages to assist in letting go of old patterns, traumas, emotions, whatever no longer serves you.

These sessions take up to an hour per ‘theme’.

Energetic Unwinding

Energetic Unwinding is the practice of literally unwinding someone else's energy from your physical body, luminous energy field (aura) and chakras.  We have all been greatly influenced by other people in our lives, for better & for worse.

Unwinding allows us to separate other peoples energy out of your various energy fields in order to reclaim your life force, let go of past hurts, traumas, habits & beliefs picked up from that person.

Unwinding is not harmful in any way.  It can be very soothing and healing to the person receiving the treatment and often beneficially transforms your relationship with the person you have ‘unwound’.  These sessions usually run two hours or more.
